Texas Children’s Noob

In 2 weeks my teen will have surgery at Texas Children’s Hospital in the West Tower- downtown Houston. They haven’t given me a time yet. Can y’all help me know where to park? Is it free? How much should I budget. My husband knows has lived here for years, but I like to have a plan. We are coming from the west- Katy area.
