Texas Children’s New Out Patient Visit Fees?

Has anyone noticed that Texas Children's has been charging addition fees on top of co pays at out patient visits? Since the the beginning of 2024 we have been getting additional charges such as "treatment or observation room" and other unknown services that we weren't getting charged prior to 2024.
