Texas Beef Ribs

Hello! I’m in Houston until Tuesday night, and LOVE Texas barbecue beef ribs.

I got a beef rib from The Pit Room, but am looking to try a different place. Truth has photos of beef ribs, but I can find anything about beef ribs on any menus.

Can someone in the know give me the skinny on where and when I can get a beef rib?
