Texas BBQ Recommendations

Hi local Texans! My wife and I will be traveling to the area next weekend for a wedding and will have a couple days free to explore the city. What are your recommendations for good quality authentic Texas BBQ? For reference, we're staying in the Woodlands area, but we aren't opposed to a bit of a drive for the right place. We're pretty open, just love good BBQ any time we can get it!
