Texas A&M’s $550M Innovation Plaza near TMC marks construction milestones
Houston-based real estate development company Medistar Corp. and Scottsdale, Arizona-based Healthcare Trust of America Inc. broke ground on Horizon Tower, a life sciences and medical office building, and have topped out Life Tower, a student housing tower.
