I put together this table from PFF's Top 150 FA rankings, and added in Spotrac salary estimates when possible. I think some of the PFF comparisons are a it off salary-wise. No way is Josh Jones getting $10M+. And Singletary isn't getting the Sanders contract either. But it should be pretty close as a starting point.
As a note, Spotrac also had one estimate for a 2025 FA in Nico Collins at $22.9M APY.
