Texans sign Kevin Hogan for backup QB

I would love to get a solid vet in the QB room to help with Mills' development. You know who's currently a FA? Ryan Fitzpatrick. What're your thoughts on bringing him back in. He ain't no Tannehill, and would have no problem mentoring Mills.
