Texans need to hire Brian Flores ASAP

Brian Flores is a great coach, and basically he was most likely fired for not being on the same page with the Miami GM. I think we can all assume Miami will trade for Watson, and Flores was against that.

If I'm the Texans, I'm getting rid of Culley and signing Brian Flores as quickly as possible to be our long term coach.
