Texans currently have the 3rd pick in the 2022 NFL Draft

According to tankathon.com, the Houston Texans currently have the 3rd pick in the draft and are one game behind the Lions for the 2nd pick (hopefully they win this week) and two games behind the Jaguars for the 1st pick. So for the Texans to secure the 1st pick,if my math is correct, the Jags and Lions would have to win at least 2 out of their last 3 games and Texans would have to lose all three remaining games. Right?
