Texans are sending letters out to PSL holders re: reselling their tickets and threatening to take them away for next season.

See below excerpt from their letters:

Based upon our review of your PSL agreement and related account history, we believe that there may be some discrepancies in your compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement, in particular, the representation that “Licensee is acquiring the PSL for Licensee’s own use and not with a view to the distribution of the PSL or tickets to others.”

We are in the process of evaluating next steps with respect to your PSL agreement and any Houston Texans season tickets that you could potentially purchase for the 2024-25 season. A representative from the Houston Texans will reach out to you on or about March 1, 2024 to discuss in further detail.

I don’t believe that was in their original agreements but they are threatening to take away PSL’s for the “ view to the distribution …” i.e. selling your tickets that you own.

They appear to have changed the agreement recently to add this provision. Has anyone else gotten a letter like that.
