Terrifying ‘kids show’ on UHN few years back

Woke from a feverish dream few moments ago — it was about a weird and dark (visually and contextually) kids show that once aired on Urban Houston Network. The Show studio was always near pitch black dark, and the mascot-esque character looked like a redressed Shoney (from the restaurant) And had a weird pitch-shifted and often ‘corked and screwed’ effect on its voice.

I know I’m not hallucinating. Does anyone else remember this? UHN would show this creepy show between runs of their bootleg movies at the time (ca 2014-2017)

Don’t know why this bizarre thing crawled out of my subconscious but there it is…
