Terrifying hairy caterpillar infestation at our house. Who can we call for help???

We have a terrible hairy caterpillar infestation at our house that started 3 days ago. They're ALL over our front door, garage door, driveway and front porch tree. Some have made it inside our house. We haven't been able to sleep or leave for work. We called around and haven't been able to find a pest exterminator. WTF do we do? PLEASE help!!!
