Termite damage assessment/repair?

Hi Reddit. We had pest control come out and they found subterranean termites. We are getting it treated, but the pest control company said we’d need a contractor to come out and assess the damage to the house structure, as we don’t know how long the infestation has been there.

What sort of company do I look for who would come and open up the drywall for an assessment? Googling just suggests additional termite treatment companies. Any recommendations or advice appreciated.
