Terminal E check-in – somebody mentioned E is open for departures?

previously, for terminal E gates you checked into terminal C departures

someone on reddit recently mentioned that Terminal E departures approach from the road is now open with the recent construction

Anybody can confirm this? The airport website is a little difficult to figure out.
