Tenants announced for mixed-use Marcel Boulevard in Grand Central Park master-planned community

The first group of tenants have been announced for Marcel Boulevard, a mixed-use development in the Grand Central Park master-planned community being developed on the Boy Scouts’ former Camp Strake land.
