Temporary fix: Citing increased costs, low supply, city of Katy opts for surface repairs for sanitary sewer rehabilitation

On Sept. 12, the city of Katy, at the urging of the city’s engineering officials, opted for a surface level solution to a broken sanitary sewer trunk main that runs under the banks of I-10 frontage road.
