Teachers of Houston, how much do you make?

I recently got a job offer to teach at a school in Houston (starting July/August), but accepting it would involve relocating from elsewhere in the country. The offer came in much lower than I was expecting/would like ($38K, especially when you take 2022's cost of living into account). I will attempt to negotiate a higher salary, but I just wanted to put out some feelers to get an idea for what would be reasonable to ask/expect.

Are there any teachers around here who would be willing to help me out and let me know how much you make? I would greatly appreciate it!
