Teachers of Houston, could you share your ACP experience? What ACP would you recommend?

I am graduating next semester and I have decided I want to try out teaching. Currently I am looking at HISD ACP and Region 4. I would really appreciate if you could share your experiences or recommend a good ACP. Thank you!
