TDECU Stadium Upper Section accessibility question

Would ordinarily post this question in the UH Sub, but it’s pretty dead so I think I may get better responses in here.

I am planning on going to the Texas vs UH game with my parents at TDECU this weekend. My dad is starting to get extremely limited with mobility, has a limited range for walking, and it’s even more limited when going up/down a lot of staircases or ramps. How easily accessible is the upper section for the average seat there? Thanks!
