TDECU long wait times on phone

It’s been impossible to reach them on the phone. Been on hold for 45 minutes and nothing. I have no time to be on the phone longer people gotta work. Nearest branch is 45 minutes with traffic at peak times. I used to live closer to a branch until I moved a little further out.

Also had trouble financing a car through them. I applied for a car loan and received an email I was approved same day but they needed more information and to call them. Well I sent in everything and called them and I kid you not they took a full month to reach out. By that time I had already financed with the dealership same day with a good rate.

I’ve stopped my direct deposit with them they couldn’t even catch a fraudulent transaction that happened out of state I had to do the whole research and reach out. Big banks will close the debit cards and send you new ones automatically or they’ll leave a voicemail to call them and request new ones with a direct number. TDECU? Nah, you’re on hold an hour plus. Good luck. Good thing I blocked my debit card because they scammers tried using it again on Amazon and it got blocked, but again TDECU hasn’t reached out to offer new cards nothing.

Anybody had any similar experiences?
