Taylor Swift 4/23 Holiday Inn Hotel at NRG issue

I have three room for Sunday night that I bought in November one of the moms also has 3 hotel rooms. If either reservation is cancelled we end up with our money returned but one night charge ( not sure what sense that makes since only staying one night). Either way, does anyone have recommendations on how to get rid of the reservations or getting someone to take them over? I paid $131.99 for each room and am not looking to make a profit but don’t want to get scammed or have someone destroy the room or spend a lot of time trying to coordinate. Any ideas would be enormously appreciated.
