Tasting nenu at Maximo, Rice Village

It isn’t shown on their website but Maximo offers a tasting menu at dinner for $45. I went because I wanted to try the cornbread (which is $35 a la carte) in particular, and was really excited to see it on their tasting menu. exceptional meal, outrageous value.

1. their incredible mushroom tacos. truly. i don’t care for mushrooms, ever, and this was a fucking banger.
