Tanglewood Area Condo

Hello all – I am selling my condo in the Tanglewood/Galleria area (Chimney Rock and San Felipe) and thought this post might give it some spotlight. I know how much rents have gone up recently and I think my condo could be a good solution to creating some wealth for yourself and alleviating the struggle of ever increasing rent payments.

Address is 2425 Augusta Drive, Houston, TX Unit #44. It is a 2 bed, 1 bath and 950 square feet. It burned down completely in May of 2020 due to a dumb neighbor who was grilling on their patio and started a fire. This being said, everything from the drywall to the electrical to the plumbing, floors and all appliances are brand spankin' new. I even had custom sliding barn doors installed as the entrance to the second bedroom. I am asking $166,500 for it. If not under contract in the next month or two, I'm just going to rent it out but I think it is best served with someone as a rightful owner as I know the joy it brought me throughout the 5 years of living there.
