Take a Trip to Paris in Katy, Texas

You can take a trip to Paris and back at Bonjour Cafe without having to take a flight to Paris. Chef Arnaud gave us a tour of his very clean and spacious kitchen. It’s in this kitchen that magic happens in Katy, Texas.

Chef Arnaud prepared three amazing dishes for us.

Dish One was the Croque Monsieur. This dish is prepared on a base of soft homemade bread. A deliciously roasted turkey breast is placed on top of the bread. The turkey is covered with mixed creamy cheese topping and other amazing toppings. We also had a beautiful cream cheese covered in blueberries and an exquisite blueberry sauce. Don’t forget to enjoy the coffee when you are there. It will blow your socks off.
