Taiwanese Food in HTown

I have been spoiled by Taiwanese cuisine all throughout the west coast and east coasts. I've been searching high and low in Houston and simply haven't found a place that does a good job of showcasing classics like gua bao, minced pork over rice, oyster omelettes, stinky tofu, turkey rice, or even Taiwanese sweet sausage. Does such a place exist in HTown?

The closest thing I've found is Tainan Bistro. However, it's kind of weaksauce.

And before folks jump in talking about beef noodle soup at San Dong, that's not really a Taiwanese spot.
