Tailgating Tickets?

So I'm not a STH nor am I a part of the priority wait list for season tix. BUT on the Texans app I noticed a tab to "purchase" tailgate tickets. I jus don't have access to this option when the screen presents itself. I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the direction of tailgate tickets for sale? I would rather buy actual tickets to the game but that provides more problems than just finding a ~$20 tailgate ticket. TIA sorry for the TL;DR lol
