Tailgating questions!

In previous years, I could buy a parking pass at the gate if I arrived early. Is that still the case this year?

Also, for guests arriving by Uber without a parking pass, do they need tailgate tickets, or can they just walk in?

Lastly, if someone buys a parking pass for a different color lot, can they walk into the blue lot?
