Tailgating Question

If you have 3-5 people in your car and have a tailgate pass, can everyone get into the tailgate sections without a ticket to the game? A group of us want to get about 5-7 tailgating passes and just tailgate the entire time. 3-4 cars with probably 10-15 people total. Plan is to bring a TV to watch the game while we grill, drink, watch the game, and have a good time. We’re all in our mid forties, some of us have moved away from Houston, and most of us have family so we can’t hang out as much. We try and get together twice a year to hang out as most of us have been friends for 25 years or more. One get together is for our fantasy draft, and the other is usually a football watch party at someone’s house. This year we want to tailgate. Just wondering what the rules are now for things like this. We don’t want to show up with our passes, and not be able to get in because we don’t have tickets to the game. Appreciate any info.
