Tailgating at the Nutcracker Market

I did a search but didn’t see any info. For those that tailgate at the Nutcracker Market, what is your set up like?

I read a few things online and it looks like it is not allowed officially, but it’s more of an unofficial tradition for some people. Can you set up a tent and have a table for drinks and food?
