State appeals U.S. District Court ruling regarding multiple ballot return centers in Texas

The family restaurant chain has 60 locations in Texas and first opened in 1947.

Austin and Travis County are partnering with Galveston County, which announced a mandatory evacuation order this afternoon.

The statement was released after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton earlier this week said that local districts have the sole authority to close schools due to the ongoing pandemic.
