TABC guidance updated, allows Saint Arnold’s restaurant to re-open
Almost two weeks after shuttering its doors to dine-in services, the Saint Arnold Beer Garden and Restaurant is ready to reopen after a new guidance issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission on July 24, the brewery announced on Facebook.
The new guidance notes that 51% calculation of gross receipts should only include the sale of alcohol for on-premise consumption, which excludes to-go, retail and wholesale sales of alcoholic beverages, according to the TABC.
