T mobile service in Houston
Has anyone else had terrible service with T-mobile these past few weeks? Not receiving calls, text messages not sending, getting group texts all at once several hours later, calls dropping mid conversation, etc. I used to be a lifelong ATT but switched to T mobile back in 2017 for the exact same issues I’m having now. ATT kept telling me it’s because they were so popular and had so many people using their network. Like how is that supposed to get me to stay if you can’t handle the demand in one of the largest cities in the US?
T mobile used to be great in the city limits, but pretty spotty when traveling on highways. Like I would lose signal for several stretches on I10 when traveling to Louisiana. But now it’s just terrible everywhere and has been on a steady decline the past few years. I remember I had the opposite problem with ATT. Great service when traveling, but terrible service in the city.
I’m thinking of switching carriers again? Has ATT improved at all? I know Verizon used to be king, but It is usually pretty pricey. Right now I am still under my moms plan with T mobile on the 55+ plan. Paying like $70 a month for both of us since it was cheaper for 2 lines than a single line by yourself. Does any other carrier offer the same plan for seniors?
