Swiss Rösti in HTX?

Anybody know of a place that sells Rösti? It’s a shredded potato pancake (sometimes with cheese). The only place that I’ve encountered it in Houston is in the frozen foods section at IKEA.

Looking for a restaurant that sells them. TIA
