SWEET TOMATOES OUT OF BUSINESS😫

Does anyone have an alternative to the vegetarian salad bar chain Sweet Tomatoes in the Houston, TX area??? Heard they went out of business and I loved that place. The salad bar had fresh high quality veggies everyday and the bakery made the best corn bread. Every soup and pasta was amazing there especially the Black Bean Chilli. Does any other place compare??
