SW Houston Car Burglary/Theft – Sharpstown

Yesterday night I saw a suspicious car outside so I went back to review the footage (2 months ago they took my mothers truck & 3 months ago my neighbors truck so I installed cameras). After reviewing I saw that he checked to see if my cars were unlocked and actually got inside one of my neighbors car so I then call my neighbor, police, and community officer. This is by Bellaire and Gessner Zip code 77036 and I'm putting out this video because I've noticed an uptick in crime around this area. One of our former neighbor who lives in the Sharpstown Middle School neighborhood (5 mins away) also had their truck stolen just last month. I want people to be on high alert around this area and strongly recommend getting your license to carry and getting security cameras installed because this most likely prevented another auto theft.

Guy description: Hispanic man, medium build, short-medium hair, and below average height. He was wearing some black/gray shorts below the knee and had a grayish dark shirt with the numbers possibly 10 or 90 on the back.

Car description: Black/dark gray newer model sedan, rims have 5 spokes.

Also if anyone has more details on the cars model etc. or recognizes the guy lmk
