Super tiny, white dog (teacup terrier or similar) near Chatsworth and Memorial Drive townhomes

I saw a tiny dog on the feeder and got him onto a smaller road. Chased for 35 min but couldn’t find him. Sorry I didn’t get him but if you’re missing one I saw him in that area.
