Super boring question about waste management services

There’s a defunct garbage bin out on the curb in front of our house waiting for the waste management service to come pick it up. It’s been a few weeks – is there a number I call for this type of stuff? I went to the site but may have missed instructions on what to do in this situation. Even then, whatever is on a city site probably can’t compete with local knowledge, so posting here. Thanks y’all.
