Sunnyside insight

new to Houston. I work for children and adolescents in the mental health field. I’m not sure yet but in the case that I will be expected to do consultations in Sunnyside, what is safety actually like there? During daytime? In need of other specific areas in Houston that have a bad reputation re: safety. Can someone provide a little more info?
