Sundance Cove on Lake Houston’s eastern shore to start home sales this summer

Meritage Homes, which purchased 101 acres in Sundance Cove and has another 140 acres under contract, plans to build more than 1,000 homes. Several other builders are in negotiations for the remaining acreage.
