Summer 2024 Lodging

Hello, I will be in Houston from June – mid August 2024 for an IB Internship, my office is in the northwest part of downtown few blocks from Sam Houston park on McKinney Street, Just curious to know if the flats there did 3 month leases for summer? Needs to be in walking distance. Budget isn't too much of an issue but around 4k max is best. Let me know. Thanks!
