Suggestion for a guy’s dinner

Hi everyone, I haven’t gone out much these past few years since Covid, so I’m out of the loop on what’s new and what’s good. I have a group of guy friends who mostly work together, and we want to have a team dinner. Wanted to see if anyone had suggestions on where a group of guys, in dress attire / dress code, in their 40s, could go for a good dinner and conversation after work?
