Subpoenaed 6-year-old?

I was hit by an uninsured driver on 288 a couple of months ago. My six year old daughter was in my truck with me. Other driver admitted fault, was cited for all sorts of violations, truck has been repaired and my insurance claim was closed out. Yesterday I received seven separate subpoenas from Harris County Municipal Courts to show up at the downtown courthouse at 6:00 pm in late August to testify. 4 of the subpoenas named me, and 3 named my kid. I don’t mind testifying – the other driver had no license, no insurance, vehicle registration was expired, and she caused a potentially dangerous accident by being reckless. However, my kid has little to no understanding of what transpired, and I have no intention of taking her downtown for a proceeding scheduled to start at 6:00 on a school night. Do I have options?
