Stupid Question Amnesty: When / How to Renew Harris County Voter Registration Card exp. 12/31/23?

Like the title says, how and when do I renew my voter registration card expiring 12/31/23?

Nothing personally has changed (address, name, etc.). None of the FAQs address this scenario (harrisvotes.com, Texas Secretary of State, Google).

Now my brain hurts. It shouldn't be this hard. Anyone have the scoop? TIA.
