Stuck in Houston! What to do in next 18 hours?

I’m about to board flight from Guatemala to Houston and since it’s delayed by 2 hours I will miss my connection to London and will have to stay overnight. My first experience of USA and Americans in NYC was very positive so now I want to make the most of this unexpected gift!

What’s the best course of action? Get accommodation in town and visit nasa center?
