Struggle to find position in area, please help!

Hello, as the title says, I am unable to find anything which is in Biomedical Engineering (MS), BS in Electrical and Communication engineering), which does Data analysis, and I do have civil engineering experience for a year, I am applying to zip, indeed and everything, no luck.. so many applications. I do have part time experience in caregiving for 17$/hr, but won’t pay that much to pay my loans. If anyone can help, or recommend any certifications in manufacturing/civil anything, I will forever be grateful to them. Please help me…… Located in IA, willing to/ready to relocate to TX. Biomedical I did because I thought would work in Medical image analysis (UT Southwestern, Dallas.. nothing to offer)…. Please help. I am also applying a remote customer support (by skills of programming/support), but that too not good! Have lot of loans to pay…. I am very much willing to certified and bump up to more than 22$+/hr or anything. Have time until January to get a job…. Any consultancy I can try? I know I am switching careers, but an entry level in civil/EE, would be great to learn and growth:)
