Structural engineer / foundation issues?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a structural engineer to assess for foundation issues? Pretty sure my parents have some, but they don’t necessarily want to call a foundation company first as they will undoubtedly try to sell them something regardless…. Any thoughts? Thank you!
