Stroud having success offensively this weekend will be very very promising.
4 lineman out versus a defense full of playmakers as a rookie. I am fine with him being just ok as long as he's healthy. This week really doesn't hold any weight negatively in anyway of how I will view Stroud. If he can be just ok and stay healthy, that's a win.
BUT, if he's able to have a good game given the situation as a rookie. That will speak volumes about how good he will be.
Week 3 showed me some insane growth in regards to how he handles pressure. He was getting blitz, but read it off the bat by dumping it off to a release valve which he was not doing first 2 weeks.
If he can just even limit mistakes while under pressure this game, that will be amazing.
I absolutely love it when I am mistaken about negative takes (Was not sure on Stroud) since that usually means the team is doing well.
