Stray dog on Fannin near the metro line

Hi everyone,

I already called 311 and tried to leave a message with BARC but it didn't work.

There is a stray dog on Fannin Street right now. I saw it while driving to work. It is in-between 8181 Medical center apartments and Naomi Street. It was in the road in the intersection. It had a collar on. It looked like a brown doodle/ poodle dog. I couldn't grab it because I was on the way to work. Is there another source I can call? I know someone is missing their dog when they wake up.
