Stray dog help

So I found a skin and bone puppy today and we’re trying to find the best option for him

We’d prefer not to do a shelter and most places need appointments for drop offs. I think a lot of places are closed mondays too.

So what we’re looking for is foster organizations. Does anyone know of any?
