Stray cat TNR Trap-Neuter-Return questions
Anyone have experience with this? There are a couple of wild cats that visit our yard, and I'd like to get them fixed, but not really sure how to start. I'm pretty sure I could trap them, but not on a particular day (looks like BARC wants you to schedule) And how do you know they aren't actually owned by someone?
